Regular membership of this Society shall be available to staff engaged in the management of trade, professional, technical, educational, or similar types of organizations who devote a majority of their working hours to association responsibilities.

Associate Membership shall be available to any firm, corporation, or individual engaged in providing products, services or facilities to members of LSAE.

Retired Membership shall be available to persons who have been a regular member or an associate member for at least ten (10) consecutive years and have retired from all activities delineated in Article III, Section I. Retired members must remain retired from any full-time employment actvities that would otherwise qualify them for regular or associate membership. Retired members may not hold elective office.
